The Weekly Specials
First off we had to start with quality fish, Ceviche
Oh kingfish… you beautiful, delicate, and delectable meat of the sea.
I could eat a whole bowl of it and be so happy. This was definitely a great start of what is to come. So light and fresh, a great warm-up 😊
Red Claw
We were lucky… These usually aren’t on the menu but by chance they had some in for a special.
Sweet but delicate flavor small, but meaty. So many in the bag.. it almost felt endless… It was fun learning how to get the meat out.
Alaskan King Crab Claw
Oh lord… this was the prize we waited for.
This is the sole reason of the visit… and for good reason.
It was crab meat heaven, so much of this meaty, flavor town, goodness.. and that claw… it was a pleasure just cracking open it to reveal the treasure of luscious crab meat.
Is it bad I wish I had 2 bags lol. The old bay butter was perfect for dipping the meat and bread in too . What an amazing day .
I definitely can not wait to come back (again, ok this may be my second trip… I’m hooked)
Next time… definitely going to try the ribs and burger 😊
Also… their desserts sound very tempting lol.
