Dinner at The Charcoal BBQ House
We have been tossing up trying this place for a while, and at last we finally came here.
You know a place is good when the venue is completely packed :)
What we had:
Pig Trotters
We had a giant plate of pork heating on a gas stove top, with radish and spicy sauce wrapped in a lettuce leaf to make the perfect flavor vessel.
The chilled buckwheat noodles proved to be challenging to pull, thankfully scissors are supplied to cut it into pieces 😂. These things are so long and delicious in their chilled soup 😊.
The kimchi pancake was large, thick, and proved too much for the both of us. I really loved its texture and just how loaded it was with ingredients.
Summary
Really fast service and well price.
As an added bonus they give an additional 10% off if you pay cash (love it)
Definitely going to come back again really soon, for more meat.
