New Lunch Menu at Corbett & Claude
After several weeks of coffee consumption, my girlfriend finally accumulated enough loyalty points to get two free pizzas. As luck would have it, it also aligned with their new menu launch… lets do it :)

If you’ve been following these for a while it should be obvious that she orders espresso martini. For myself, I went with a nice and sweet strawberry fields mocktail to combat the warmer weather and it worked a treat.
Entrees:
There is always time in the day for fried chicken.
Needless to say these fried chicken bites are a favorite, and thankfully survived the new menu change.
Buttermilk crispy coating encasing the succulent and delicious chicken ❤.
The chipotle mayo was the perfect spicy combo for this… I wish it was endless
Pizza:
Prosciutto
napoletana sauce with fior di latte mozzarella, fresh rocket, prosciutto crudo, shaved parmesan, and extra virgin olive oil
Mushroom & Persian Feta

Airy and delicious, these freshly made pizzas were devine.
With the option of adding truffle oil you can guarantee we added that on one pizza. So satisfying and delicious, the ingredients were quality, and we really didn’t want to leave our seats in this beautiful venue.
Conclusion:
Great food, at affordable prices.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff really made the experience even better, it complemented the quality food.
The ambiance and atmosphere of this venue was very welcoming. I could truly spend my days just relaxing in here. It’s the perfect escape from the wild city.
