Starting off our night with sampling the ' Start & Share ' section of the menu. I held back on the main show because I had the proper size for a main... stay tuned for the next section. Also those "cock 'n' bull croquettes" were so delicious. Really loved the meat combo (chicken + beef).
Also... duck liver pate... is a dream come true.

BAVETTE & POMME FRITES
Hopkins River "Black Label" pasture fed, black angus flanks, MS 3+ Dunkeld VIC. With herb bearnaise sauce.
That steak was tender and insanely full of flavor, the supplied herb bearnaise was the perfect combo. The shoe string fries were adequately salted just as I like it... and as a bonus it's endless fries <3
Can't wait to come back for the new menu, including a new cheeseburger.
