Breakfast at Chapter IV
There is nothing like arriving in a home style cafe.
Escaping the heatwave and entering a cozy, air-conditioned cafe is my kind of Sunday.

On arrival we had to order coffee.
I mean, it was about 9am and this was a must since we haven’t had our morning fix.
I started the day with Iced Long Black served in a HRVST glass, and Espresso started with her Skinny Cap, and made of Campos Coffee

✔️ SIGNATURE SOFT SHELL CRAB EGGS BENEDICT
- Grilled Corn Succotash, Avocado Mousse, Chimichurri, Hollandaise & Croissant
Espresso swapped the toasted Turkish bread for the croissant, and I think it made it so much better. So much flavor in-between this behemoth of a breakfast dish. This plate was not lacking any element of texture, and that crab was so crispy and delicious.

- Strawberry Gel, Coconut Cannoli, Chocolate Brownie Chunks Chocolate Sauce & Fresh Strawberries
As you may know, I am a sucker for anything sweet for breakfast.
The main attraction for me was the ice cream, I mean… Nutella Brownie Ice Cream sounds pretty epic doesn’t it? (It is 😉)
Waffles were soft and spongy, and the cannoli was a great surprise. Not overly sweet, but a great balance.
Summary
I really loved this cozy cafe.
Service was friendly and fast, and the food was delicious.
Overall we had an incredible experience, we need to come to Paddington more often.
Definitely need to come back again soon 😊
