It’s not often.. But sometimes a bunch of us get together for a nice meal. In this case 5 of us came together for the most important meal of the day (well, to me anyway) Breakfast.

This place I’m no stranger to, it’s pretty much my go to on the weekend.. And their weekend specials are always perfect and I love trying to take people here. This trip however was a bit of a wild card to me, as there were no special or head chef working… But, it was still pretty incredible.

I won’t go into too much detail of each dish, as the captions will dig into the bitty gritty.. But the highlights definitely had to be the deep fried hallway most of us added to our meals lol. Everything just looked incredible, especially that avo on toast.. Absolutely crazy beautiful. The beer battered corn fritters are just the perfect clash of flavors, and even my mom rates them as the best she’s had 

And of course we couldn’t leave without trying the main thing that attracted me here in the first places, their desserts . I still have to say the banoffee pie, is one thing you won’t find anywhere else in Brisbane. Deconstructed, and just spread out waiting for you to demolish it lol. Pro tip, grab your spoon and go all the way to the bottom of the glass. What you get is layered happiness in the form of dessert.

Try this place out if you haven’t, especially on the weekends for the specials. Never know I might bump into you next.. Just look for the guy taking a lot of photos of his food.
