Choose Wisely for breakfast at Three Beans Brisbane
I really love this venue.
It’s just so welcoming and easy to feel at home.
Three Beans Brisbane is also a cafe that supports the Choose Wisely initiative by RSPCA.
What that means is that the food that is produced is with the welfare of the animal as a priority.
The eggs are sourced from hens in a well-managed barn system to help adequately provide for the hen’s needs and good for the hen’s welfare.
“While cage eggs are appearing less and less on supermarket shelves, the vast majority of eggs used in food service are cage eggs. Their cold brew is always consistent and refreshing.
I don’t think I can start the day normally without my caffeine fix.

- Cage free poached eggs & free range bacon, with hollandaise and wilted spinach on the toast (with free range bacon)
The classic breakfast dish with everything you need to start your day.
Let’s be honest bacon really makes everything great. But quality bacon, is a deal breaker.
The bacon is sourced from free range pigs from Goondiwindi on Queensland’s Darling Downs. Kept in well maintained and open spaces, happy and free.
The eggs are from happy chooks in Rhodes Farm in South Australia, who spend most the time walking around freely in a humane environment
✔️ Chicken Burger
Free range chicken breast, swiss cheese, tomato, mixed leaves, avocado, onion with sweet chilli and garlic mayo
I mean… is it wrong to start the day with a chicken burger and a side of fries?
I don’t think so either. 😁
I’m not usually the biggest avocado fan, but it worked so nicely with the sweet chilli that covers this moist chicken breast. 🤤. These chicken breasts are from ranging freely chickens in the paddocks of Mt Barker in Western Australia, and just taste a treat.
Summary
I really enjoy a cafe that prides itself in quality of food and great service, and Three Beans Brisbane truly demonstrates this.
I have been here multiple times and each time just as great as the previous.
Can’t wait to come back for humane food and my caffeine fix 😂.
