A Big Feed at Little Clive

So first ... coffee.

First up .. The refreshing monthly waffle special, Coconut Mango (Weis Bar ;) )

Paying homage to the tastes of Queensland. The waffles are a toasted coconut waffle with caramelised white chocolate crumb, mango ice cream and coconut foam. 
Man, that mango ice cream was delicious. Not usually a fan of coconut, but I really didn't mind it in this. Just really enjoyed the overall balance... and of course, check out the close-up ;)

And then... The Bacon Pancakes ... 
Big, thick pancakes... layered with bacon pieces.
Topped with more bacon pieces, caramel popcorn, bourbon butter, and chocolate fairy floss (cotton candy).
... then drizzled with maple, caramel, and sprinkling with more popcorn ... because, why not right? ;)

Overall... Great visit and lovely staff.
The waffles did not disappoint.
The pancakes I wish had more syrup... but the flavors were definitely there. :)
